Presidency replies Omotola after she referred to the country as hellish under the Buhari-led government

Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde had called out the Buhari-led government. The actress had shared a tweet calling out President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

In her tweet, the actress expressed that the country had become hellish under the watch of the current government. She stated killings by uniformed men, lack of money in circulation and more as some of the problems that surfaced during the Buhari-led government.

The personal assistant to the president on new media, Bashir Ahmad, had replied her tweet by stating that people who are earning clean money are not complaining about the current government.

Ahmad further expressed that under the government Kano state alone has emerged with over two hundred medium and small scale rice milling centers.

He said:

“Madam Omotola those who are working for CLEAN money are not complaining and will never refer our dear country as ‘hellish’. In Kano State alone, from 2015 to 2018, no fewer than 200 medium and small scale rice milling centres emerged. For that, billions circulated among millions.”
